HOF Grand Parade 2008
Here are a few pictures and maybe movie if I post it that
I took at the Hall of Fame parade. I wanted the ability
to be able to take movies also so I strapped on a strait
flash bracket to the 20d camera and mounted my digital
camcorder to the bracket as well. So now I have pictures
and movies.

Homeless Bird
I took the trash out this morning (12:30am) and when I came back
I found this bird sitting on my antenna tower. I just figure it was
homeless as it should have been home in its nest and not
sitting on my tower.

High speed flash sync
Here are some pictures I took using my new high speed flash sync. It is
sound activated and I look forward to playing with it some more. Now
all I need to do is setup my Metz flash to work with it without using my
slave base.

Macro with Canon 20D

my Coke. I was done with it so I thought I'd take advantage
of the situation.

Pinhole photography with Canon 20D
Here are some pics using a pinhole body cap I got on ebay.
The hole is supposed to be f180 and a smaller hole would
have given better focus to stuff, but interesting photos to play
with none the less. Most pictures are set to 30 seconds no
matter what ISO I had it set on. If the picture was too dark I
just went to a higher ISO until I got my picture to come out ok.
Here is a test picture anyway.

My New Heli taken with new Camera.
I took this picture with my new Canon PowerShot
Pro 1 which is an 8mp camera. I cropped the picture, but
it is really huge. The file size is below 500k down from
a 3meg file. Most pics average 3-5meg in size.

Trips with my Mom
I have some pics of journeys that I took my Mom on.
No she didn't have to walk, she took her electric
cart, or at least the one that she isn't trying to sell
anyway. It even fits in the back of her hatch too.

My Little Electric Heli (Piccolo)
These pics are VERY big!
over 1 meg in size.
This piccolo heli by Ikarus is a very light
helicopter made to be flown indoors which
it does fairly well. I recommend flying in
as big a place as you can and if you fly
outdoors, do it with no wind! Unless you
are an experienced pilot which I am not.
The heli does very well for holding
together when crashed, but it does
break. I like flying this heli better
than I do my lmh-100, but it holds
up even better for crashes.
These look good but don't fly well.

Lightning strike at my house
Here will be my list of pictures from the damage
that my house took when it got a direct hit from
lightning! I was in the shower on a cement floor.
Boy did that hurt!
This picture is what is left from my cable line
going to my directv box. I only found a small
piece of insulation with nothing inside.

These are the first movies I took with my new video camera
that I purchased from HKDay.com. I wasn't sure how I was
going to mount it. But I figured one out. I found out from the
video that I need some sort of dampening on the camera
from the plane to get rid of the vibration. The video is
great until I rev the plane, that is when I get some
distortion and vibration. Kind of cool video either way,
and I will be working on getting better results from the
camera after isolating it. I used a 30 frame per second
video capture to make the files.
