This program I'm writing for my Church to allow the

game to be played using the overhead projector.

Email Web Surfing Server

This program is my current project where I can

run the windows program from home.  And when

I'm out I can email myself a message and it will send

the web page back to me like an Agora server or

web-to-email server does.  I will be able to control

when the program checks for emails to see if one needs

send a url or not.  The web page being send wont have

much capabilities at first, but I should be able to surf at

a fairly decent pace though email when needed.

Screenshot

Don't expect the final program to look like this as I

already have other plans to make it more like a web

browser or at least different than the basic view I

have now.

updated:

I reconstructed the program using the mfcie example

and adding what I needed for the server to work.  I

also added speech output if enabled to give an audible

output of what the server is doing.  Here are some more

screenshots.

Well, here is a beta version that seems to work.  You must

either enter all your data in the options menu or the .ini file

and so far you will need to add your password every time you

start the program as I don't have anything writing out to the

ini file at the moment.  I also don't have a very secure way

to save your password so I don't recommend saving it

there anyway.

EWebSurf_beta.zip

Updated:

4-30-07

Added ability to save options to ini file.  You can save

your password to the ini file even though it isn't

recommended.  I use Rot13 for encryptions just so

you don't have plain text for passwords.  I may

add better encryption later but it isn't that hard to

enter password every time you start the server.

Updated:

Added crypt with key to password so saving to ini file

is pretty secure now.  Beats using the Rot13 method

anyway.  I tested the program for about 8 hours today

and only had a few sites that wont send, but still pretty

useful.

Tic Tac Toe

This program is one I had to write in my MFC class

and I found it on my drive so I thought I'd update it

by recompiling it on XP and releasing it.  Just unzip

it and run the ttt.exe file.

Fairuse Wizard mods

This isn't my work, but I've been modifying the source

to suit my needs.  I have purchased the program to help

support the progress even though I've made the GPL

version to work as the registered version.  I have the

program setup all the parameters to my standards for

a  good rip.  I like getting my TIVO movies and TV

series ripped so I can store them to watch on my pc

instead of my 9" tv.

Short Circuit Calculator

This program was writen to calculate short

circuit currents of a transformer which I did

when I was in NEC class.  I wanted a way to

help automate the process and also to give

me something else to do I guess.  I haven't

finished any calculations yet other than just

the sample view.  I do plan on displaying

the info on the white background and maybe

even a simple circuit to show the sample

circuit as a visual to the calculations.

GroupShuffle

This program was as a request for a small group leader.

The program is very, very, very beta or alpha but it does

do the very basics of what was asked.  Only on here incase

it works enough to get started.  The program works as

follows.  Click on the options menu and then shuffle.  The

program will load the groupshuffle.ini file, read the first line

which is the number of groups needed to split the list into and

then it will shuffle the list and make the number of groups

listed and then output the list to groupshuffle.doc text file

to be viewed or edited or even printed.  I will add losts

of features later as time allows.  Right now I have the ini

file set to only read a max of 50 names which I could

increase sometime if needed.  Oh well, here is what

I have so far and I got a long way to go.

update:

12-23-04

Fixed missing names from shuffled list.  Added

support for odd number of names per group such

as having 21 names and only 4 groups which now

will divide into 6,5,5,5 per group.  Still working

on it though.  No bug reports needed at this time.

update:

1-14-05

I added buttons to open up the ini file and the

shuffled group file using notepad and write.

I added the ability to put comments at the

beginning of the ini file for maybe some

instructions or info.  I will be working on

viewing the list in the program next so using

notepad or wordpad(write) wont be needed.

update:

1-16-05

I setup program to display grouped names after

shuffling them up.  You can still use the write or

notepad to edit them.  Print function should also

work.

I'm ready for bug reports on what I have so

far and maybe wants or requests and I'll see

what I can do.  I still plan to be able to view

the files with my program but will allow the

user to choose program to edit them with.

DMC Slowdown Graph

This program was written for my brother to help him

with DMC slowdown logic corrections.  He can enter

slowdown distances and it returns constants or he can

enter the constants and it returns the distances that it will

use.  Only a screenshot available to show what has been

taking up some of my time.

update:

1-14-05

I added slowdown scaling factor calculator and some

autozoom functions to get the best result along with the

ability to calibrate the screen so the info displayed is

correct.

XMLTV to Pocket TV Browser(.NET)

This program is used to run the 13 listing command and

then I can filter the new xmltv listings so pocket tv browser

can process them.  Program is still kind of beta, but I did get

1 day of listing to work so far and am downloading 13 days now

to make sure it works fine.  But here is what I have so far.

UPDATE:

I tried the new program and it works just fine for me.  I have

included an ini file that can be used to auto run the program

without opening the gui so you can automate the program

once you have it setup right.  I also included my ini file

for Pocket TV Browser in order to make PTVB read the new

modified file instead of downloading it.  Especially when

the command to download doesn't work.

Update: 6-13-04

I added a button to the program to insert defaults as

the way I use the program for getting my listings.

Press the default button, then the execute button

and when that is finished, press the start button.

You should have an xml file ready to be read by

pocket tv browser when done.

TODO:

Need to add button for configuring xmltv and

finish making the program able to run everything

without any user input so it can be automated.

Nav PE gui

This program I wrote to help make using Norton

antivirus with Bart's Pebuilder disk.  Just enter the

location of the navdx.exe file, enter location of the

directory you want to scan and either manually type

in all the switches or flags to make it run or check

the checkboxes to get them entered automatically.

Comments and bug reports welcome.

Update:

2-1-04

Here are the files I use in the same directory as

the NAV plugin.  Just replace the inf and the xml

files with mine so you get a navgui in the start

menu.  Navgui.exe must be in the same directory

as the inf and xml files to work.   My download

version needs to be renamed to navgui.exe for

the plugin to work unless you rename the file in the

inf and xml files.  Follow the instructions from this

link, and then replace the files listed here.

2-3-04

I made a stand alone plugin for my program

for those who just need the plugin without

any other headaches.  Just unzip the file

into the directory of your choice.  This file

includes the navgui version 1.6 and the

special plugin files for the gui only.

SWORDdrill Helper

This program I wrote to help people with Bible

Sword drills.  Click on the little "drill" icon and

the program will display a random Bible reference.

If you download the kjv.zip file and expand it in

the same directory as the exe, the program will

also display the actual Bible Text to help make sure

the winner of the sword drill read the right verse.

This program is VERY beta and should be treated

as such!!!!  Use at your own risk!!!  It is working

for the most part although the options don't work

at all right now.  All it really does is give out verses

and not even all of them.  Psalms for instance only

has 99 book available and I'm sure it isn't the only

problem.  I'm still working....no.....I only began

this program a day ago or so and there is a lot

of work to do....so please don't turn in any

bug reports as I'm not even part way through.

I will however take suggestions and you may

want to turn them in later if I don't include them

in any updates or I may not want to or be able

to if my ability isn't able to do so.

***I do plan on porting this to PalmOS***

**Porting complete**

update:

I got most features working now.  I have

all 66 books, chapters, verses working that

I can tell and I have all 150 psalms listed now.

To run, click on the drill icon and the program

will give a reference to be used as the drill.

Use the options dialog to choose what

features you want.  Whether to use new or

old testament or both for the sword drills.

You can choose not to display the actual verse

and it wont display any verse if you don't have

the 4meg Bible text in the same directory as

the program called kjv.txt which is located

here, or do a search for bible11.zip and

after unzipping it you will need to rename

it to kjv.txt for it to work.  Don't use the

bible12 or bible13 versions as they will

not work with my program.

Feel free to email with with suggestions,

bugs, concerns, or whatever you would like.

Update:

3-19-08

Added ability to change font size, output 500

random references to txt file.

Serial "hello world"

This program I wrote to test the serial comms

using MFC.  I found the serial source on the net

and incorporated it into my program to test it with.

I've included it on here for those who wish to

play around with serial communications using

Visual Studio 6.

This code has 2 buttons where send just sends

"hello world" out the serial port that is

configured in the code which should be

setup with drop downs, but I have it

hard coded for the port and baud rate.

The other button gets the buffer from the

serial port and displays it in a message box.

This program I wrote to test the serial servo

controller from my projects page.  There are

a bunch of buttons to move the servo left,

right, and center for each of the 8 servos.

It also has a button for checking the inputs

and a section to send whatever text to

the serial port the user wants.  I haven't

tested it yet, but that will come soon.

WPPISPgui

This program is a gui interface for WPPISP.exe written by

Alan Biocca.  His program is a dos program for writing

HEX/ROM images to Atmel's 2313 micro after it has

been written and compiled from AVR-GCC which is a free

C compiler for AVR chips.  I found that the DT006 board I

bought from Dontronic.com wasn't supported directly from

the AVR Studio and after compiling a few sample

programs, I couldn't get them on the chip until I found

wppisp.exe from Alan.  So I wrote a windows gui to

make it real easy to download the compiled image

to the chip after selecting a few things.

Books of the Bible COM module/interfaces

Here is my release of my school project

and source for my Books of the Bible COM module and

my source for the MFC interface and also my Visual Basic

interface.  You will need to install the dll using a program

called regsvr32.exe in order to use the COM module.  If

you are interested in com and how to interface to it, then

maybe this will help a bit.

Sorry, but the source isn't documented much at all, but

if you have any questions, feel free to email me and

I'll try to answer them when I can.

The source is for Visual Studios 6.0.  Not sure if it will work on any

other version or not

This program will test your knowledge of the Books of the Bible

in a little more of a fun way or as a game type setting.  I was asked to

write this game for the PalmOS and have ported it over to the WinCE

devices.  This is beta right now and all I have compiled for right now

is the PocketPC Arm computer, but I will be compiling them for all the

others later.  But the screen shot is here for you to see what I have done

Designing Speakers

This program was written for my brother who likes to work with speakers.

It was written so he didn't have to enter the whole program written in

basic that was listed in the back of the book.  And so he had a Windows

interface.  Plus I guess I was itching for a program.  If anyone is interested

in this beta version of the program....email me and I'll send it to you.

Otherwise, just click on the screenshot to see what else that has been

taking up alot of my time.

I have added a few features to fill in the info that you typed last so you

don't have to retype anything to just make one change.  The thing looks

the same though.  You can also save your data to disk now also.

Books of the Bible for Windows CE

I've finished working on the beta version of my program and so far it seems to work fine.
I haven't checked for bugs yet, so if you find one, please let me know.  The zip file has a
list of all the files that I've compiled.  Just unzip it, find the program right for your WindowsCE
device and run.  I DON'T own a WindowsCE device of any kind (used the emulator) so if you
try the program and it works on your device, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know which version
your using and how it's working.  Thanks for your help and enjoy the program.  IT'S FREE!

development.  You enter in some data and then use the "saveas" option
and enter in a text file name and it will create a program to be compiled
by the mktlinfo.exe file by tealpoint software.  This version isn't
real functional yet due to it only allowing 1 level of topics and

Books of the Bible for Windows

Books of the Bible is a Program that I wrote to help me learn the
Books of the Bible.  The program will take you through the books
of the Bible in order or at random, depending on what you choose.
The Window's version has a GUI so the whole thing will work with
just the click of the mouse on the easier levels.  But the book must
be typed in manually on the expert levels so you must know how to
spell the book.  The Linux version should work on any Linux version
and must be compiled on the system because it is not compiled yet
on here.  I have run the window's version on Linux under wine, and
didn't have any problems with it.
If you have any comments or suggestions for the program, please
email me and let me know about it.  Any suggestions for the program
will be considered and added if at all possible.
Keep checking back for updates and improvements.
